Raspberry Sauce

2 1/2 tsp corn starch
 3 Tbsp sugar
1/3 cup water
12 oz frozen raspberries thawed

In saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar and water. Add raspberries and cook over medium until boiling. Once boiling stir for one minute. Serve warm or cold. We used on cheesecake
