3 ox pkg of Jello (any flavor)
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Put all ingredients in a metal or glass stand up mixer. Pour in 1/2 cup BOILING water. Cover mixer and beat on high for 5-10 minutes. It should be light colored and fluffy. Great on cupcakes for kids.
