Mix together:
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1-2 scoops of greek yoghurt (can omit)
Toppings:
3 Tbsp hemp seeds
berries of choice ๐ซ๐
I use 1/2 cup Blueberies ๐ซ+ a handful of raspberries
One banana, sliced ๐
2-3 Tbsp peanut butter
Drizzle of honey ๐ฏ
